The elements of implementation are another critical step in the concretization and eventual deployment of the strategy.
A management model is the way we do things here, interact with each other, and shape what is then called culture.
An operation model is a high-level representation of HOW, i.e. a description of processes and procedures.
In contrast, a business model focuses on WHAT.
Last but not least, the changes intended by the models must be communicated, discussed and set in motion. For this purpose, ways and tools have to be described, which are used for communication and finally for implementation. You should also describe how this implementation is understood as a conversation and, in particular, how feedback is incorporated.
